Meditation - ESP Group
Join the meditation ESP group in your area. Each meeting is developed in 2 parts: Conversations and Practices.
Each meeting will have an introductory harmonization practice, followed by conversation and discussion of an specific topic where we promote the participation of each member.
We end the meetings with a practice related to the topic.
